Publication Fee
Article Processing Charges (APC)
The Journal of Clinical Medicine: Current Research is a fully open-access journal committed to the unrestricted dissemination of high-quality scientific research. To support the costs associated with editorial management, rigorous peer review, professional production, online publication, and long-term digital preservation, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 650 is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
The journal does not charge any submission fees. The APC is invoiced only after the successful completion of the peer-review process and formal acceptance of the manuscript.
All published articles are made freely and permanently accessible online, ensuring maximum visibility, accessibility, and global dissemination without subscription or access restrictions.

Article Withdrawal Policy
Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript must notify the Editorial Office within three (3) calendar days from the date of submission.
Withdrawal requests received within this period will be processed without any withdrawal charge.
If a withdrawal request is received after three (3) calendar days, the manuscript may have already entered editorial assessment, peer-review coordination, reviewer communication, or other publication-related processing activities. In such cases, a withdrawal fee equivalent to 60% of the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC) will be charged to cover the administrative, editorial, and peer-review processing costs incurred by the journal.
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing by the corresponding author to the Editorial Office. The journal reserves the right to apply the withdrawal fee according to its publication policies.
