To support the costs associated with editorial management, rigorous peer review, professional production, online publication, and long-term digital preservation, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 650 is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

The journal does not charge any submission fees. The APC is invoiced only after the successful completion of the peer-review process and formal acceptance of the manuscript.

All published articles are made freely and permanently accessible online, ensuring maximum visibility, accessibility, and global dissemination without subscription or access restrictions.
